    Default The pollinator

    Canon 6d, Tamron 90mm,f/2.8, 1/1000, iso-2000, handheld.
Now this lens is giving error, so this is result of the lens with 'taped' contacts and now fixed aperture at 2.8.

Nice composition. Liked the way the bee is seen approaching the flowers. Thanks for sharing.

The image looks nice. The mood is good. It emphasises the difference in size between the bee and the flower. One who has good qualities remains the centre of attraction.

I am not sure if there is Tamron service centre in India. One of the reasons for giving error is the incompatibility of the lens with new cameras. So the firmware in the lens may need to be updated. It never happens with Canon lenses as the firmware is designed to match.

Thanks Sabyasachi. There is a service center in Mumbai for Tamron. This is not a firmware problem,as the problem is same with 7d. but somehow I like the limitation of using only f/2.8, it forces me to work harder to get desired result. Of course, DOF may be a problem for some shots..
