Better but then increasing exposure in PP would bring more noise as can be seen... So getting the exposure right in-camera would be the best option...

Bibhav, I see what you mean :-(. I have better exposed images, i.e. with more flash output, but somehow they have even more noise than this... probably because I didn't keep a check on the ISO.
