The onset of monsoons has changed the birding around my place. There was bried relief from the showers on sunday morning which tempted me to look out of my terrace and I could manage to catch this lovely bird. When the fan like tail spreads out it looks even more pretty but I could not get a good shot of it with the 'fan-tail'. Cropped for composition.

A Lovely capture. This is a White-throated Fantail, Rhipidura albicollis albogularis, a sub-race.

Cute bird. The shutter speed was low. Good to hear that you are sighting lot of birds with the onset of monsoon. A longer focal length would have been great. Thanks for sharing.
