Nice portrait. Good eye contact. There seems to be some noise in the background. Is this a crop? Any special processing done? Thanks for sharing.

Nice pose. Oversharpened. Lowering the colour temperature and contrast would be better. There appear to be certain post processing done to the background, which is not mentioned by the OP (Original poster).
