With the mercury measuring upwards of 45 deg celcius, and temparatures reaching 40 degress even in shade, the tiger cub surely felt the heat.
The heat was getting to us too, but forunately for us, there were the tiger cubs to get the better of it :-)
f/4, ISO 400, 1/640sec, EV 0, evaluative metering.

P.S: Cloned a twig from the back portion of the cub.

I guess this is the same tiger as what Praveen had posted earlier. Nice image. Looks like he was just about to get up.Thanks for sharing.

Nice resting pose. Good eye contact. Maybe a slight less space on the right and a bit more on the left would have been good. Thanks for sharing.

Same tiger, albeit different pose. I would prefer Praveen's version in this link: Tigers of Tadoba#2 - Indiawilds: Land of the Tiger. Conservation, Wildlife Photography, Communities (http://www.indiawilds.com/forums/showthread.php?t=10005)

In Praveen's version, the tiger is more relaxed with the leg stretched.

Your version is dark and has much higher contrast. Adding a further dark frame doesn't help in critiquing as well. Given the composition and the tigers sinuous body outline, our eye goes to the background.

Thanks for sharing. Look forward to more of these tigers.

Cheers,
