Beautiful Potrait. Did you also try this frame with a slow shutter speed ? The milky flow of water (like an earlier one posted by Bhibav) would have been awesome. If yes, do post it as well. Thanks for sharing.

Somehow the image doesn't appear to be very sharp. May be because you had a low shutter speed?
