The endangered ungulates of South India,the Nilgiri Tahrs,have been spotted at a new location in Idukki district.This new place is about 20 aerial kms from Eravikulam NP,the biggest region housing the tahrs.
Some forest guards have spotted and taken pictures of the amicable mountain goats near Adimali which is near Munnar.Nobody is sure whether this is good news,for the dwindling habitat is making the inhabitants more visible now a days.
