Good eye contact and details...Habitat is not very clear.. Blurred green background indicates grass behind which is left to interpretation

Eye contact is nice. With these small birds, even 400mm focal length is not enough, unless we wait for them to come closer or crawl and stalk closer to them. Any work on the background during post processing? There are some sharpening artifacts visible on the bird. Thanks for sharing.
