Is this a 300mm f2.8 L IS USM or 300mm f2.8 L IS II USM? Means version 1 or the new version II lens?

You will find the bokeh ie. background blur to be nice. This is a beautiful bird. Did you click this handheld or tripod?

thanks Sabyasachi, it is version 2, and it is coupled with 2x extender,version 3...this is a handheld shot. it is amazing experience of stabilizer which i never had before.
