Looks like there is a typing mistake in the subject. Its Changeable Hawk Eagle.

There is some halo around the bird. Any selective sharpening done? The edges of the bird also seem to give the same impression.

Sabyasachi Patra : No i did't do any selective sharpening... i did only unsharp mask and shadow highlight that's all.
