Thee eye contact is nice. I think f8 would have been better with increased depth of field. Did you click this from a car? In Bharatpur, I have found these much closer. Thanks for sharing.

I did clicked it from a car.This is a very shy bird,difficult to get closer.By the time I came out of the car & going for a lower angle it fled away.Thanks
