The eye contact and the catch light looks nice. Is this a crop, as there seems to some loss of details and some noise in the background. Thanks for sharing.

The eye contact is nice. The bird is parallel to the frame. Where was this photographed? Did you do any noise reduction? How much of a crop is this?
