Nice to see a jungle cat. One doesn't always sight these smaller carnivores. So I would rate sightings of these as much more important. Thanks for sharing.

Nice one sucheth. the whitish cheeks and the relative size of the ears are a good way to differentiate jungle cats from feral cats. There is also interbreeding and the half breeds are difficult to tell from pure breeds.

Rare sighting indeed....I saw one in Sultanpur bird sanctuary this January...almost ghostly elusiveness
