The jeeps engine was off,but the people were not stable.As it was very far & out of reach for my lens had to crop this image about 60%+.

Yes we saw a huge male in a water hole close by before few minutes,but it ran into the bushes on our approach,could get only a rec shot of it.
But Gowri was not smelling the air,her cubs were troubling her,so she was not happy and snarled at them.

Nice to see this one. The cubs are relatively in the open. I have been moving in bandipur forests since 2005 and the sightings used to be very less. These days the sightings have increased.

Take these as learning experiences. Long lenses can come later in life. It is important to treasure the memories and learn so that when you have long lenses you can utilise them better.
