Nice pose and good eye contact. I think using a slight higher ISO would have helped to get more shutter speed and to freeze the motion and get more details. Thanks for sharing.

The eye contact is nice. The body is parallel to the frame. So the depth of field should have easily covered the subject and image should have been a bit sharper. Did you try to move/pan the camera along the direction the bird is moving? Since we don't know how much of a crop is this and where was the focus point, Mrudul's comment about higher shutter speed is the only plausible explanation. Thanks for sharing.
