Looks like a Globe Skimmer/Wandering Glider, not sure Abhishek please confirm. The composition is fine. Nice clean background. Thanks for sharing.

Yes, it is a Globe Skimmer, Pantala flavescens. I think the depth of field is slightly inadequate to cover the eyes. Nice smooth background.
