Nice Spot... You can Try to Increase EV for some Light effects.. in Dull Lights. TFS

I like its looks. The shape of the tree looks nice. This appears to be a large crop? There is an out of focus branch directly in line with the owlet. So that reduces the impact. Moving slightly to your left would have helped in avoiding it and strengthening the image.

For birds frontal lighting is the best interms of bringing out details. However, not always we are in a position to get it. However, these owlets have preferred positions. And if time permits one can visit those areas again. Thanks for sharing.
