The eye contact is nice. The vertical composition looks good. You can keep some more space all around as due to the crop there is loss of details and noise in the background. Thanks for sharing.

Yaaaa...Actually for redusing the size of image i have to crop it more....

You have cropped it a lot. For reducing the size you need not crop. Which software are you using? Check the tips section and if any doubts ask question in the tips section.
