Its quite rare to see the wing spread of a kingfisher. There seems to be lot of noise in the image. Is this a crop? Was any sharpening done? Nice moment photographed. Thanks for sharing.

I agree with Shaktipadaji. You have clicked at the right moment. Unfortunately for kingfishers the shutter speed should have been even higher, however, light doesn't permit. Where was this clicked? Wish you had a longer focal length. Thanks for sharing.
