Pied Kingfisher

I too found them during their breakfast time, had to crop as I was on the opposite side of the bank.
EXIF :f-5.6, SS - 1/400, ISO - 80, with point & shoot DSC-H9, handheld.
Place : Raiganj, kulik river bank, West Bengal.

You are right Roopak. It is an artificial spawning enclosure made by locals.
