Nice take off pose captured. The upward wing stroke looks nice. I know this might be unexpected, but a higher ISO with a shutter speed about 1/1000 would have helped to freeze the action. I feel a horizontal composition with less space at the bottom and slight more on the right would have also looked good. Thanks for sharing.

Some more space at the left to get the entire branch would have been better. May be if you can post the original capture without cropping, then we can suggest a better option.
