Nice flight image. Good eye contact. The whites are well exposed. Maybe just a bit more brightness would be good. An off-centered composition with less space on the right would enhance the image further. Thanks for sharing.

Since this is a crop, you should be able to easily provide more space in the direction the bird is flying. The portion left at the back is considered as negative space. I agree with Mrudul that a bit more brightness will be fine.
