I liked the composition. Nice clean background. Good eye contact. You could have safely increased the ISO to 200 to get more details. Thanks for sharing.

Nice find. the head area appers a bit dark ,was the light harsh.

Nice eye contact. The background appears to have got separate treatment. Lowering the contrast would strengthen the image. Little bit of sharpening artifacts are visible in the wings. Thanks for sharing.
