Nice you got it with a kill. Seems it has caught a calotes(?) or a lizard. A more rectangular composition with some more space at the right and the bottom to include the feet in full would have strengthened the composition further. Thanks for sharing.

A wider composition would have been better as the bird appears to be cramped in. Is it a skink? Retaining the original aspect ratio would be better. Thanks for sharing.

yes it belongs to Skink family in Tamil it is called as Aranai and i think it is a streaked lizard
