little heron

i mistook it for a black bittern i guess it is a little heron wish i got it clear of the branches @ bharatpur

Yes it is a Little Heron. Quite difficult conditions to photograph with the subject in the shade and the foreground being very crowded. Good you got the eye in clear nearly. It is quite difficult to focus through the vegetation, so it is better to use manual focusing. Thanks for sharing.
