Lovely image with good catch light. The bg looks neat. Looking at the size doesnt look like a juv bee eater, look like an adult. However experts can confirm. Thanks for sharing.

Nice image. The stage of development of the tail trailer cannot viewed in the photograph because of obstruction. If it is still developing, it is a Juvenile. If you have seen it fully developed, it is an adult.Thanks for sharing.SaktiWild

Saktida and Muruganji
I have seen the adults that have more of well developed greens. Hence I assumed that this is a juvenile. A friend of mine on another forum says this is a sub-adult.
