Nice eye contact and catch light on the eye. The composition looks fine. Reducing the sharpening a bit would be good. Thanks for sharing.

This is a nice one with good eye contact. I agree with Roopak that the bright out of focus leaf at the bottom distracts. However, I am not sure if you could have moved to the left to avoid it without distracting the bird. Thanks for sharing.
