Nice walking pose. Due to the crop, there is loss of details and quality.

As Saktipadaji has pointed out, by seeing the surroundings we would get to know more about its habitat. If you see the BBC award winning images of this year, there are more images showing the environment than close ups. If the bird is far, instead of cropping you can try to compose to include more of the habitat, that would give an idea of its environment. Thanks for sharing.

I agree with the previous comments. Nice bird. Is the water polluted? This looks like a large crop. High ISO and large crop results in higher noise. Sharpening it results in sharpening the noise.
