I think it is Montagu Harrier female, experts please confirm. Nice eye contact and reflection. Thanks for sharing.

Nice eye contact and the reflection looks good .

Tough one on ID... they are a confusing lot -female harriers.My guess is a subadult female Pallid Harrier based on the facial pattern and the wing tip vs tail tip..
