Agree with Saktipadaji, the light on the eyes look nice. The composition looks fine. Some more sharpness would have been good. Thanks for sharing.

Eye contact is fine. I guess this is photographed from a vehicle so a steep angle. Agree with the previous comments regarding need for sharpness.
