Lovely potrait and the high shutter speed adds to the clarity. The clean BG is a big plus to the image and so is the beautiful reflection. A little more space towards the direction that the bird is facing would have enhaced this wonderful potrait further.

When we see the hint of reflection, we automatically want to see the bird with reflection even when the water is not still. So wider composition would have been better.
