Shikra from my terrace

Spotted this shikra this morning on a tree from my terrace. This is the first time I am spotting a raptor from my house. A real pleasant surprise.Couldnt get a clear shot as it was amidst thick vegetation. Cropped a bit for composition.

Nice that you got its eye in the clear. Good sighting. These days lot of raptors are sighted in the cities. A slight more space at the bottom would be good as its tail feathers are nearly touching the frame. Maybe a vertical composition would work here. Thanks for sharing.
