Difficult conditions to photograph with the bright background. Seems the left wing is a bit broken. Wish the angle was less steep. Where was this photographed? Thanks for sharing.

Yes, the bird was available in this light condition. Any help on to improve photo quality on backlit condition will be appreciated:).

In backlight condition the only thing that you can do is 1) expose for the bird so that the sky gets overexposed and bright or 2) change your position 3) throw some light on the bird or 4) stop photographing. :)
