Kindly advice this which type of stork, is it "Wooly necked stork" or "Asian Openbill Stork".

hi surya it is a western reef egret ( Egretta gularis schistacea)

Thanks Roopak, how to identify the bird, any book is available ? I identified by searching from wikipedia or google picture.Sorry for wrong name.
