Cute bird. Difficult to expose the black eye as it is against the light. Giving a +ve Ec would have been good. Thanks for sharing.

I agree with Mrudul. The head and eye has become too dark. You need to expose for the subject. Underexposed areas will have more noise. Correct exposure will ensure that one doesn't need any noise reduction beyond the standard. Thanks for sharing.

I like minivets. I have seen them inhabit urban areas too. Possibly due to to depletion of their natural habitat. Agree with the above comments. Thanks for sharing.
