The eye contact is nice. The shutter speed was quite low to freeze the wings. You needed 1/1000 to get good details. While photographing birds in flight you require a high shutter speed. Seems Bhigwan has some good number of birds this time. Thanks for sharing.

The saturation needs to be reduced as the sky is too blue. Seems like a big crop as there is pixellation of the background. If the light is low, then try panning the camera.
