Nice pose and eye contact. How much of crop is this? As you use Lightroom, while cropping you can keep the proportions locked. That was the image is cropped proportionally. Some more space all around would be good. Wish the light was from behind you. Thanks for sharing.

How do I keep the proportions locked, and how do we determine crop %?

In lightroom, in the develop module when you crop or click R, you will find a small lock sign. click on that to lock the aspect ratio. That will help you in cropping while retaining the original aspect ration ie. proportion of length vs breadth.
