Seems it was ready to take-off. Good eye contact. Nice clear perch. Moving the camera just a bit more to the right to frame the left side with the branch would I feel enhance the composition further. Nicely captured. Thanks for sharing.

Very long wing of the eagle in take-off mode and its short tail; black bill and yellow gape extending till rear of the eye nicely captured. Good eye contact.Thanks for sharing.SaktiWild

210mm and slight crop? How come you were so close? I would wish to see the full frame without the crop. The wider composition would enhance the image.

Which metering mode were you using? If this is only a slight crop, then I am wondering why this image is under exposed? The take off pose is nicely documented.

Which AF point did you use for clicking this image? It is better when we could see the entire curve of the branch as well as its connection with the other branch. More space at the right would have been better. When we see this image, we know that moving the camera a bit more to the right would have been better. It is all about analysing the image so that the future images are much better.

You can increase the brightness a bit more.
