From your nice image I find, Prasad Bhai, you have indicated that you are now released from Police to Judicial custody with full freedom to wander only in the hills and jungles.
All my best wishes will also roam with you. Thanks for sharing.SaktiWild

Prasad Bhai,

First of all I beg unconditional apology. The barbed wire reminded me last night about some short story. And yet, this is no excuse. How much joy I share with you when you go home I cannot explain.
I thought this in the morning itself that some wordings should have been avoided and I opened the site to write the same.
Kindly do not misunderstand me. I repeat, I beg unconditional apology from you.
Kind regards,
SaktiWild

Shaktipada Dada is a perfect gentleman. He thought that his reply might be misconstrued and wrote that apology. In Sanskrit they say "namranti phalino brukshyaha" means a tree laden with fruit always bends down indicating humility of wise men.

The eye contact of the bird is lovely. Perched on the barbed wire, it can symbolise a lot. Anyone who has read through the horrific gas chambers during the Nazi era or have watched the films ("Escape from Sorbibor" is one of my favourites) or read Annie Frank's diaries etc can be horrified at the symbol of captivity. I am for freedom of all species and hence doesn't like visiting zoos.

Our free spirit often longs to run away from the cities to our wilderness areas. I spent a night alone (without any other person) in the watch tower in Satkosia Tiger Reserve. The forest department was aghast that I want to stay in the forest alone and that too in winter. For me even staying in the forest bungalow was like being in captivity. So I spent that night on the watchtower without any fellow human beings, but certainly not alone. So I can certainly understand the Point of view.

Liked the way Saktipadaji has interpreted the image. Lovely eye contact and catch-light. The clean background enhances the composition further. Enjoy your vacation :). Thanks for sharing.

Nice image Prasad. Wish you had posted earlier, I could have tweaked my dates to be in Ganpatipule the next weekend. I also happened to go to Ratnagiri one evening when I was there last week, must say the route from Ganpatipule to Ratnagiri is lovely. I also spotted a pair of Great Indian Hornbills on my way.

Maybe we can plan the next time you go back to wander in the hills and try to spot that elusive leopard. Good luck on your visit. Thanks for sharing.
