The wing spread looks nice. With the rest of the birds out of focus, the attention goes right to the centre. What is the out of focus white spot at the top? Thanks for sharing.

The crop is from which side? The left side is a bit tight as there is hardly any separation between the frame edge and the flamingo.

You could have used a higher ISO and a narrow aperture. That would have helped you in getting the wings as well as the head in focus.
