Nice sighting of this rare bird. Good eye contact. Liked the perch and the composition. Where is the AF point? There is some loss of details and slight noise in the background, maybe due to the crop. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks all. The AF point is right on the eye. The loss in detail is mainly because of high Iso and crop resulting in higher noise IMO.

Nice one. When the subject is small in size, the AF point covers a large area and hence it can lock on to any part. So most of the times we don't get critical focus where we intend to. Look forward to more.
