If you would have left the background untouched, then it would have been better.

The second version of the image concentrates on the bird with some action, so it is better.

Very beautiful birds. The second composition looks good. The light is a bit tricky. Nice wing spread. The details are nice. Are there lot of sarus cranes this year? Thanks for sharing.

Thanks Mrudul. I saw one pair only, the guide told me there are 5-6 pairs. A census was to take place on 1st march.
