Where and when was this photographed?

More space needed on top and bottom as there is hardly any separation between the pelican's wing tips and frame edges. You need to reduce the saturation, as the sky has become very deep blue. Lifting the shadows a bit will strengthen the image.

Thank you for your response. I shot this pic at Vedanthangal last month. I stay very near to vedanthangal, so i could manage to make an early morning visit to the place. Even the painted stork was shot at the same place.
