Please suggest the kit for wildlife film making

I am planning to buy Professional handy cam( along with tripod, mic and other required accessories) for wildlife film making but have no experience in that. I request INWans to focus some light here and suggest me the best kit.
My budget is +- 2,00,000/- (2 lakh)

Some how I had missed your post. You can check the newly announced camcorder from canon XA 20 http://www.indiawilds.com/forums/showthread.php?t=12358

I would suggest that you start with a monopod and then later move on to a good tripod. For professional quality, your budget falls short. So better to acquire things slowly.
