Nice image. More space at the bottom than at the top would be good. It is in water, but I feel if possible a lower angle would have enhanced the composition further. Maybe you could have tried to go back a bit. Slight highlights, you can recover them in PP. Thanks for sharing.

Nice image but little soft. Probably you have lost the DOF in being very close and at higher focal length(?). Going little back as Mrudul said or stopping down the aperture to f8 / f11 with higher ISO would be better. Thanks for sharing.

The focus seems to be locked on the vegetation. Why only ISO 100? You could have used a higher ISO and hence higher shutter speed. Why is the lower right portion so dark?

The bird is standing on the floor of a high drain,so the dark side is the shade
of the wall of the drain.
