Nice to see one from Puri. :) During my childhood days I used to chase and play with them. A lower angle would be even better. If the camera is on the ground, then the background becomes blurred. Thanks for sharing.

Nice one. This is a Horned Ghost Crab (Ocypode ceratopthalmus), identified by the eye stalks extending above the eyes. Nice to see an image of this often overlooked creature.
