Yes that looks like a huge nest. Would have loved some more light on the bird. You can try cropping a bit from the top to avoid the distracting branch.

Agree with the suggestion regarding cropping. You could open up the exposure a bit.

I cropped it and tried opening shadows bit.

But I am not satisfied with shadows :(
