Mating Blackbucks

This is from Jayamangali Blackbuck Reserve. Got this mating pair in the early morning light in a field of gold. Only wish the berm behind them was absent.

Nice sighting of this natural history moment. Good eye contact. Was the male trying to mate while the female was trying to run away? When I had been there, I too saw the male making attempts to mate. Nicely captured. Thanks for sharing.

Nice to see this mating attempt. The eye contact with the male tells a story. It would have been nice if the light was from behind you. The mud bund directly behind them is a bit of distraction. Else, the image would have been much better. How is the road now. When I had gone there the road was pretty bad. Look forward to more.

Hi Sabyasachi, the roads are still terrible. Had a bad back ache after returning from there. I agree about the light direction and the berm.
