This was clicked during the evening time. This image gives a good idea of the habitat of the tiger. You can spot her sleeping below the tree to your left. We watched her for a while and then we saw a boar coming to drinking water at a distance. The tigress heard the boar and then she silently woke up and started stalking. Just when the drama was getting interesting the time was up and we had to leave. We wanted to stay for a few more minutes but the senior officers of the forest dept. came in a gypsy with Mr.Anna Hazare. They stayed back and we had to leave. Came to know the next day that she could not hunt the boar.

Lovely display of habitat. She is surely enjoying her sleep near the cool water hole. Seems the light was quite low. You have captured it well despite the low shutter speed. Thanks for sharing.

Hmmmm. Anna Hazare in Tadoba. I hope he can take up the cause of wildlife.

I think you should have posted an image with 1000 pixels on the longest side to show us more details. This looks like a peaceful scene. Too bad that there are plenty of gypsys all the time in tadoba. Thanks for sharing.
