Image is too small to judge.

You can post images upto 1000 pixels on the longest side. Also post the details of camera, lens, ISO, aperture, shutter speed and the amount of crop to get detailed critiques. Else people will only give good shot and great shot kind of one or two word comments which will not help you improve.

The repost image looks better. The details are fine. A vertical composition would have been good here. Did you use flash? The shutter speed was less, using a slight higher ISO like 400 would have been good. Thanks for sharing.

Looks like one of the Catacanthus bugs. Can't be too sure because it differs slightly from the ones I've seen. It's definitely from family Pentatomidae. You could use those cues and try browsing to get to the exact ID. Nice find.
